Leak Sealing and Rehabilitation

External corrosion

This type of defect can be either through wall or non-through wall. In this case, the application of a repair system will arrest further deterioration.

Internal corrosion/erosion

This type of defect can be either through wall or non-through wall. Corrosion and erosion can continue even after a repair system has been applied. Thus, it is important to have a suitable repair system design.

External damage

Such as dents, gouges, fretting (at supports) where structural integrity needs to be restored.

Structural strengthening

Structural strengthening can be applied to accommodate for an increase in pressure rating or other loads in particular locations.

Wet Surfaces

Corro-Dur® epoxies are unique in their ability to displace moisture and adhere to wet, submerged, or splash zone surfaces, allowing them to be applied above water without humidity control as well as a high performance underwater coating for splash zones and immersed areas.

Sweating Pipe

Corro-Dur® 257 Cold Cure (applicable to temperatures as low as 2°C), Tower-Gard 568 (applicable to temperatures as low as 10°C), and Corro-Chime 390 (applicable to temperatures as low as -60°C) systems are designed specifically for sweating pipe applications.

Tank Internal Lining

Corro-Dur® and Corro-Chem® series are solvent-free formulations with adhesion qualities that can endure the tank's design temperature and pressure. Excellent chemical resistance will protect the tank from aggressive chemical attacks and may deliver the most cost-effective corrosion prevention.

Corro-Wrap® WL (Wet Lay-Up)

Floor Lining

Corro-Dur® and Corro-Chem® product lines are widely used by industries to resist a variety of strong oxidising chemicals, and their ability to be applied without humidity control or in the presence of moisture makes them invaluable in providing a solid, defect-free, and strongly adherent lining system while prevailing fluctuating high humidity.

CUI (Corrosion Under Insulation)

Corro-Chem® 330 HHA is a solvent-free epoxy system for use on pipelines, structures, and vessels running up to 149°C, whereas Corro-Dur® 2000 series performs up to 204°C and Corro-Heat 206 performs up to 260°C. These solutions can be applied online without a shutdown.
